Yeah, I totally saw Patrick Stewart play Macbeth. He was fantastic. The whole play was fantastic. Super thanks to my dear ~Kurokiba for bringing (and paying for) ~Mikari-Aoineko and I.

I also fell in love with the performances by Kate Fleetwood (Lady Macbeth) and Michael Feast (Macduff.) I was especially impressed with Mr. Feast's performance when Macduff learned of the deaths of his children. Best mourning acting I'd ever seen ANYWHERE. He even made his face turn red. I got both their autographs on my "Broadway Pants." It is my goal to fill the pants with signatures. So far I only have 3.

As for Patrick Stewart...they said he wasn't going to come out for autographs like he usually does. ;-; I half expected that because he had another performance in a couple of hours. He comes out more reliably when he's done for the day.

Still, I was rather disappointed and ~Kurokiba was doing her bet to comfort me, when he suddenly came out! But he didn't want to be out long. He signed for a couple of people before I had the courage to go up and give him the picture I did. [link]

We had a very brief conversation. Something to the effect of, "Here, It's not much but I made this for you." He asked if it was for him to keep, cuz I might have been looking to have it autographed. I said yes, and he looked at it again and said it was quite good. He thanked me, and then said he had to bring it inside now. I blurted, "Could you sign this?" but he was already heading out and shook his head with an apeasing smile.

I guess he was in a hurry. I'm not sure why he stepped outside in the first place. Maybe he just wanted some fresh air and it backfired.

At any rate, I felt really stupid and jittery afterwards, especially because the lack of autograph and hastiness on his part left me feeling like I had annoyed him. Or maybe he didn't like the picture. What if he ended up throwing it away. Did I smell bad? Why couldn't he have taken one last moment to scribble something?

But I feel better now. ~Mikari-Aoineko told me it's common to eel dumb when you meet one of your favorite celebrities. Also, I'm sure Stewart gets that kinda stuff all the time so of COURSE it gets tiring. I mean, I'm a nobody and I have a hard enough time making time to reply to comments I get on here. Just those few polite words were really nice of him. And he took the picture. He could have refused it. And, cuz I live here, I can go back on a night when he IS giving autographs. After finals of course.

For the next week I'll be going crazy over trying to finish the first chapter of my comic. It's due next Monday.
